Need help with P67A UD4 B3 i5 2500k OC
« on: December 03, 2013, 04:35:25 pm »
Ok... I've had my CPU OC'd @ 4.5ghz (stable) for a while and then I decided to put it back to it's original value.
I wanted to see if I could squeeze some juice out of my PSU to boost my gfx card a bit but... that failed me.
So I decided I would OC my CPU a bit further this time... thinking I could probably reach a stable 5.0ghz but yet again... no luck.
...

Here's the beast:
CPU: Intel i5 2500k SB
(3rd party water cooling: Antec Khuler 620)
MB: Gigabyte P67A UD4 B3 (Bios rev F8)
PSU: Antec 750w (probably a bronze or silver... to be honest, I don't even remember)
GFX: evga GTX 760 SC
Case: Antec Dark fleet 85
(Lots of fans and stuff)

I know my PSU is a little border line...

Anyway, any help would be nice.
Thank you.
