Wrong voltage readings with GA-970A-UD3P

Hi guys, I've just bought this mobo, and while it's a really nice one, and also quite cheap, it seems to have problems giving me the correct readings of PSU and CPU Vcore.
While in the bios the voltages seems correct, when I start windows and use some software to monitor voltages they are all wrong, like 12v being at 7.something or 5v being at 3.something, and well they're obviously wrong as it wouldn't even boot with those voltages.
The Vcore seems wrong too, and even if I know that software readings aren't really accurate at all, in my case they are too much different, so I was asking myself if it isn't some sort of bug in the bios or chipset drivers, got any ideas?
I would also like to know if there will be an update to bios, as it seems this board is still stuck with the first one
