Faulty M750SLI-DS4 Motherboard

Faulty M750SLI-DS4 Motherboard

Hello guys
I purchased a while ago a M750SLI-DS4 Motherboard from ebay but I didn't have time to test it until last week. It looks faulty to me but I'm going to describe anyway what I tried:

Build mobo and all components (first I tried a dual core 6000 and then a phenom 9850) but I get no video signal/no beeps.
Tried also 2 different video cards working both fine in another system
I've started taking out the components one by one : same results.
I've resetted the bios taking out the battery for 15 minutes or using the pin in the motherboard same result.
I've done the same operation and restarted having just the cpu/heatsink connected to the mobo and after 10 seconds I got 1 long beep and then silence.
I've tried 6 different banks of ram (working fine in another system) but still I can't get any video signal to diagnose the problem.
The PSU is 2 months old and works fine in another system.

It sound faulty to me so here is my question: I live in Ireland would you know what I need to do in order to get it replaced/fixed?
Would an email to returns@gbt-tech.co.uk with the S/N be enough?
Thanks
