Oldie but still around 2500k Z68A-D3H-B3 Voltage/vcore question

Hello all!

This is my first post here after scouring google for a better idea of how to go about overclocking this board.  It doesnt have Direct VCORE adjustment making it difficult to overclock with decent voltage at any speed manually. I used to have it swet 4.3 manually 24/7 but it wasnt stable when I retested it last before putting back to default.

I have set the frequency to 4.3, it runs fine, is stable, however running small ffts on prime95, I'm reading VID of 1.396 as shown via HWMonitor at 53c.  The temps are fine, but what about the VID (vcore is shown as 1.053 via cpuid and hwmonitor), is it acceptable? Is there a way I can control VCORE thru the bios to get a hands on manual overclock?   I would like to go higher but the lack of proper vcore reading is holding me back.
