Hello. my new build which is in my sig is having a trouble bringing the cpu clock up to the default clocks of 2.664 Ghz, and I already disabled the CE 1 and the eist function and the c3/c6/c7 and and I even have my pc power set to high perfornance. and I am still having trouble with the clock getting to the right clock.
