WD800; 80 GB SATA HDD

Plextor DVD burner / player, SATA

Nero 12 Platinum

Windows XP Pro, SP2 CD

XP SP3 download from Microsoft

nlite 1.4.9.1

Using the same motherboard, CPU, ram, power supply, Plextor DVD player / burner [ SATA ], and a DIFFERENT HDD [ ALSO a WD800 ], Vista installs with no problems. 

Which drivers from the Gigabyte install disk [ or some other source ] do I need to add during the slipstream process?

nlite advises me to select the proper drivers, to avoid load errors.

the only drivers necessary for windows installation are the AHCI/RAID drivers.  dont bother with the ones on the cd, always download latest ones from gigabyte site
