G1 sniper 5 easytune download issue

Everytime I try downloading this utility i keep getting a fatal 1306 error something to do with the network i tried everything to be able to download this but it is still not working and i also tried the microsoft utility tool and checked my microsoft installer to make sure it was working.. any ideas?

Easytune has had a lot of problems. I know it is made for gigabyte motherboard but on some configurations it just wont work. I do everything manually thru bios is so much more reliable.
