Please see page 28 of your manual;  Enable Erp

ErP Determines whether to let the system consume least power in S5 (shutdown) state. (Default: Disabled) Note: When this item is set to Enabled, the following functions will become unavailable: PME event wake up, power on by mouse, power on by keyboard, and wake on LAN
Z390 AORUS PRO (F10) \850w, 9900K, 32GB GSkill TriZ RGB - 16-18-18-38, RTX 3080Ti FTW3 Ultra, 960 Pro_m.2, W11

My bad  :P  was eating dinner and obviously not reading correctly.  So with this disabled, you don't see WoL function?  It may not be visibly present, but the capability (power on PCIe event) gets enabled.  If disabled and its not present, I would move on to the RealTek NIC's properties, Configure button, then ensure power management settings are correct, and ensure WoL capability is enabled for the NIC.  Test.

Ensure your windows firewall settings are appropriate.  Also ensure your router has the correct ports forwarded for VNC, wake packets etc.

Sorry again for misreading earlier.

I don't know if this will help. On page 23 you do have this:

NetWork Stack Driver Support
Disabled: Disables booting from the network. (Default)
Enabled: Enables booting from the network.
This item is configurable only when Fast Boot is set to Enabled or Ultra Fast.
X299X Aorus Master, i9-9940x-3.30Ghz, 64gb G-Skill DDR4-2400, MSI RTX-3070 8GB, Cooler Master case, Thermal-take PSU 850w, 1-M2-NMVe SSD-512gb, 3-Pny 1TB SSD, 2-WD Raptors 1TB, Win 10 pro 64bit, Asus 35" 144Mhz Monitor.

finally I succeeded, but I see no reason.  ???

I enabled the boot by keyboard and mouse.

I tried boot by keyboard keys and work.

I tried the wol and now it works.

I disabled the boot by the keyboard and mouse.

Still works wol.

thanks

We're glad to hear it.  ErP should allow 5v to the NIC even when its in S3/S5 state.  This keeps it "listening" for packets.  Enabling boot by keyboard and mouse usually keeps the USB ports "hot' so they are able to sense a key press or mouse event.

The settings on page 23 typically control PME boot from network device.  You'll boot faster if this is disabled as it won't be looking for a network device for boot image.

I tried the wol and now it works.
Still works wol.

Does it still work for you? And does it work from all possible states like it should?
1) System normally shutdown from the OS
2) Power was completely Off (disconnected), Power resumes, PC remains off, but does WOL work now?
3) System in Standby

I tried getting Wake On LAN to work with the GA-H81M-DS2, but I was completely unsuccessful. No matter what I enabled in the BIOS or in the Device Manager properties of the Network Card in Windows 10, the LEDs on the LAN card were always completely dark after shutdown/standby.

Might be your BIOS rev?  Are you current?  Settings wise, the LED's on the NIC must remain lit when system is shut down.  This is the only way to know for sure the card is "listening' for packets.
