GA-Z87-HD3 - DIMM ISSUE

 - my GA-Z87-HD3 -brand new - have big issue. I can start just with 1 dimm memory.
I instal my components and my sistem not start. First sign from motherboard - continuous short beep and self restarting after 10 or 15sec. After a short break i manage to start just whith a single memory installed.
I have a CRUCIAL Ballistix Sport 1333MHz 9-9-9-24  8GBkit 

Does anyone know if there is a compatibility issue

What's the Manufacturer code of the ram, or is it listed on the support list?

I don't see that memory on the support list.
You need to search & make sure what you have is compatible.
These are the closest to what you have that I see listed;

I think from what I can make out from a search (because your video is awful) is you have *1609* not as it should be ; the *1608*
