Can't update my new 990FXA-UD5 BIOS

Hi there! Just got the motherboard in the title and I can not update the bios.

I try to d-load it from this site:

http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4455&dl=1&RWD=0#bios

Problem is it says something about it being the wrong windows version (I am rocking 64bit)....the other problem is I CAN NOT FIND a 64 bit version of the new bios. I NEED BACKUP!

BIOS is not OS specific so you are trying to update it incorrectly.

How do I know if my board is rev.1.x or rev. 3.0?

If you still have the box it is printed on the label.

If you don't have the box, look at the motherboard and you will find the Rev. No printed in the lower lefthand corner of the board.
