GA-H97-D3H buzzing noise from motherboard and sound output under load

Hello,

I recently bought a GA-H97-D3H motherboard and have a problem with it. under load the motherboard starts with an annoying buzzing noise around the cpu socket which extends and can be also heard through the speakers connected to the sound output of the motherboard. I also tried to exchange several parts (GPU, RAM, PSU) but nothing changed and because the sound only appears at load I can only guess the voltage isnt correctly handled by the motherboard.

my setup is the following:
xeon 1231v3
Be Quiet! L8-600W Pure Power
SSD 840 EVO Basic
Seagate 1 TB SSHD ST1000DX001
2 x 8gb RAM Corsair Vengeance LP CML16GX3M2A1600C9
Sapphire R9 290 OC Vapor TRI-X
CD Blu-ray LG BH16NS40
OS Win 7 64 Bit

someone has an idea how to solve it? should I send it back for a new one?

Myself I would RMA it. Just to rule out the motherboard, If the new one doesn't do it then your ok if it does then you know something else is the culprit.
