Help me with problems with an GIGABYTE GA-H61M-DS2 motherboard

Hello, I hope you can help me with this problem, I'm using a GIGABYTE motherHoard model GA-H61M-DS2, some times (not always) when I turn on my PC it doesn't load the operating system (Windows 8 ) instead, it only shows a blue screen and in the top it says GIGABYTE-UEFI DualBIOS (similar to the Bios configuration window but it doesn't show any option) and immediatly the PC restarts, is like if the power button were pressed to turn it off and pressed again to turn it on, after that, the same window appears again and the same process is repeated several times until the operating system is loaded, it happened also with windows 7.

I'm using a USB mouse and keyboard and I have noticed that the mouse doesn't work correctly in the bios configuration (buttons don't work) and the keyboard only works some times, I have to restart the computer until the keyboard works, so I'm thinking that the problem is with the keyboard and the mouse but I'm not sure.

The configuration of the Bios is as default and the processor is I5.

Please, if you have any idea about this problem help me with that

Thanks a lot for your help   :) :) :)
