a problem with new PC

- Since 2 monthes,I bought a new motherboard , processor , RAM & hard drive ; The motherboard:gigabyte ga-h61m-s2p
The processor:Intel Pentium G2030,3 mb cache,3 Ghz
The RAM: i am using old one 1024 mb DDR3-1333 Micron
i bought a new one 2048 mb DDR3-1066 Samsung
The hard drive: WD Blue 500 gb.

- some times when i turn on the pc it enters to the bios,it shows only the the title of the bios without any details then restarts automatically three times to the bios before having a normal start. this problem is temporary and frequent (occurs 2 times per week).

this problem occurs when the power is off suddenly (abnormal shut down)

Does the problem happen if you take out the memory you added?

yes it occurred when i removed the old one too.

I think we are all trying to determine how/when this occurs.

You said in your post it happens randomly, with and without the new/old memory installed.  Then you state it happens when the PC experiences an abnormal shutdown.  Why is it shutting down?

I think you need to memtest your RAM, AND more importantly test/verify/ensure the integrity of your PSU which is often the source of unexpected boot/shutdown behavior once the RAM has been verified good. 

If you are doing any type of over clocking, stop and establish a stable baseline.

[Additions and modifications of the post]
- Recently,after i made the post I noticed that problem occurred after the the power cut off suddenly (power overload in my city).
 the screen appears during the problem resembles  that screen which appears when i remove the battery and install it
 but in its title only.
- I do not use any overclocking i only use the computer for internet and watching movies.
- I tested the memory with windows diagnostic tool and there was nothing wrong with it.
- The problem also occurred when i use the new memory alone suggesting that the cause is not related to the old one.

Which revision is your motherboard?

Have you tried Clearing CMOS or, better still, loading Optimized Defaults and reflashing the BIOS to see if the helps?

IMHO,  you had better ensure your old power supply unit is good enough to support your system.
