Hi there.
When I use Smartrecover2 to recover the system all works as it should.
However when I try to use SR2 to recover a
lost file (as shown on You Tube) and I click on the SR2 button and select "file recovery" (I have admin rights) up pops the Windows Library panel, (as it should) BUT....There is
no time line across the page near the top. The computer only displays the bog standard Window Library window.
Why is it not displaying, what am I doing wrong?
Any and all advice appreciated.
