New motherboard for my AMD FX-6300

The bios and everything loaded well okay, but as soon as i get to install the drivers, i put the utilities disc in and when i open it a message states "This device cant release to failure" x2/3 then when it does open i get some script errors e.g "Line 179" and when i wait for it to load all drivers need to be installed well i be sitting there for years.

My pc specs are

AMD FX-6300
Motherboard - GA-970A-UD3P
GFX - GTX 570
8gb ram
1tb hdd
Windows 10. "anything to do with windows 8 should support win 10."

You are wrong. Windows 10 is still in beta stage so not all windows 8 drivers will work with windows 10. I have 10 on my other rig and it acts different than this one and also had to only use some basic drivers as the windows 8 drivers wouldn't load.
