Gigabyte Revision 1.1 X99 Motherboards
« on: December 29, 2014, 03:05:57 am »
I just noticed Gigabyte has revision 1.1 motherboards for X99 UD4 WIFI and X99 UD5 WIFI on their website.

Does anybody know what are the differences from the revision 1.0 boards?

They have had a lot problems with these boards from USB, USB 3, & Sata ports. So it could be they fix the problem on the new version boards. They really never say what they have done.

I was thinking the same thing. As bad as some of the customer reviews are at retailers like Newegg, I've never seen a response from anybody at Gigabyte that they are able to fix any of the issues complained about.

Possibly the current boards are broken and can't be fixed with BIOS updates.
