GA-E350N-USB3 USB3 driver won't install, says not digitally signed

I downloaded the driver straight from Gigabyte's site and when trying to install it tells me it's not digitally signed and won't allow me to install the driver and use the ports. I was able to get them to work if installed a generic Intel driver, but this really screws with the board and makes the rest of the USB ports become temperamental. I emailed support but they never got back to me. Would love a digitally signed driver so I can use these ports, especially since it's one of the main reasons I bought the board, otherwise I'll have to install a PCI-E e-SATA card to take advantage of some high data transfer speeds, thanks.

What operating system are you using if windows 7 start in safe mode and go to disable driver signing and restart it will install then.
