Helo, exist some way to activated only one core fx4100 whit motherboard ga-78lmt-sp2 from bios?.
And, can I downgrade to bios f1-Firtz release?.

Yes you can flash it to F1 if you like use a USB and format it to fat and unzip it to USB then enther bios and at botton it tells you what key to use to flash it from bios.

after flash bios to f1 firtz release, the mother boot up? or I would have black screen, and dead motherboard?

Depends on what CPU you are running if it is supported by first release you should be good to go. It also depends on what revision you have of that board.
