Support ticket 3 days "being processed", no reply...?

Hi everybody,

I've been having a problem with my GA-F2A88XN-WIFI motherboard. The symptom is that the screen will go blank, the chassis fan will usually kick in to full speed, and nothing works - not even the power button. I have to switch it off at the mains. I've seen other reports of this problem and the resolution was "get another motherboard", so I'm not the only one (and yes, the RAM is decent branded Corsair stuff and the PSU is a good branded 450W one).
I run a very small business so it's *imperative* that I don't go without a machine for long, so I contacted Gigabyte directly rather than Scan where I got it from.
However, it's been three days now and I've heard absolutely nothing!

I've been using Gigabyte motherboards for years now, but if the technical support is this bad I won't be able to in future - I need good reliable hardware and quick support when things go wrong!

Can anyone on the forum help?
