Time to reply to emails for RMA on R9 280x?

Hi everyone! I purchased a Gigabyte R9 280x a while back but it has recently developed crashing, flickering and vertical lines in and outside of gaming. I've tried loads of drivers and even underclocking the core and memory core but to no avail. Its apparently an issue a quite a few others have had - all brands not just gigabyte and the only way to sort it is an RMA apparently. I contacted the UK service email a few days ago requesting an RMA form (which apparently I need?) and further advise but have not yet had a reply. Being a motion graphics designer and actually I help a well known youtuber with his PC gear reviews I really need it working asap. Any ideas when I might get a response and the matter sorted? Serial says manufacture date is end of 2013 so just over a year from manufactured date so well within warranty timeframe. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
