Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming GT problems
« on: March 23, 2015, 02:02:30 pm »
Hi ABSIC I contacted you October last year when I had problems with the pins on my mobo I RMA'd it to GBT Tech Co Ltd and they repaired the pins and sent it back everything was working great so I decided to upgrade from the i5 to the i7 and I take the utmost care when changing CPU's like I always did but when I started it up it began the rebooting loop like what it did before also when removing the graphics card the little part that you push down on part of it snapped of and now I have to use a pair of pliers to release it as you can see I am not having much luck with this mobo Z97X-Gaming GT, I contacted Ebuyer who gave me the number but when I try it I keep getting a message saying they are open from Monday to Friday and this is Monday, please can you give me a number or some kind of help. Hi Alan,

sorry to see you are having problems.
Are you in the UK?

Hi absic yes I am in the uk the place I sent it to the last time was GBT Tech Co Ltd but the phone number I got from Ebuyer today kept on telling me that they were open between 9.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday, other than these problems I cannot find fault with the actual motherboard and the sound is very good, hopefully you can help.
                                                          regard  Alan.
