X99p-SLI not booting/not detecting M.2 Samsung EVO 850 256Gb SSD

No matter what BIOS settings I try - it's not seeing the SSD in M.2 slot, as if there is nothing there. SSD is fine, I checked it on other system. It's not present in BIOS boot list, and not present in Windows 10.

Can it be because it's M2 SATA drive and this motherboard has only M2 PCIe in supported devices list? Is there a solution to this? Any particular setting that enables M2 slot or something like that? I couldn't find anything...

If you use the M2 you can't have any drives plug into sata 4 & 5. If you do that could be the problem.
