Hi, community!

After upgrade I have a problem with a completely new motherboard GA-B85M-D3H. I installed Intel Core i5 4440 & 2x Corsair XMS3 (DDR3 1600 MHz 4Gb) and after first start - fun on CPU & case works for 3 seconds, then reboot and again. The PSU is 300W (350W peak). I tried to run system with only one RAM, but the problem is the same.

How to solve it? Where is the problem?

Greetings,
While this behavior can have more than one cause, most recommend starting with the PSU.

Of course take a cursory look and ensure everything is seated and properly connected.  This could solve your problem.  Following this, I'd try another PSU of known good quality.  If this doesn't solve your issue, please reply with your system configuration all installed/attached hardware, disk(s), etc. Brand and model of your PSU.  We can provide additional troubleshooting steps.

Check for bent pins in the CPU socket - reboot problems do not have to be about firmware ...
