Some stress tests use AVX and give a unnecessary boost to vcore. Other than that I'm not sure but auto vcore will give it too much.
Even if you don't overclock you should at least use manual vcore, or a adaptive offset.
For example my 4790k @ 4.6ghz with auto vcore gets 1.51v. Too much!!. It only needs 1.23v for 4.6ghz.
1.23v is only a little bit more than stock under load.

I did read. Not my fault you cant grasp what I said. Default and auto may be "just like what gigabyte recommend" but that doesn't make it best. You're arguing with someone who apparently knows a lot more if you don't touch your bios and leave everything on auto. Think about what you're saying. You think auto vcore is  going to be ideal and light on load vcore? You couldn't be more wrong. Auto vcore tends to give it more than necessary...which is what I said in my first reply.

I was running both programs
hwinfo64 and gigbyte tool (system information viewer) to monitor my voltages
suddenly while I was watching youtube videos hwinfo64 alert me of a vcore of 1.5V
gigabyte tool did not gave me any alert according to gigabyte tool vcore did not reached 1.5V
so I just want to khnow does look like a missreading ??

Possibly this is why you get a conflicting reading. Pick one monitoring program.
