I've just formatted and installed Windows 10 on a completely clean drive. Installed the Nvidia 353.62 drivers. Sitting in Windows the card idles fine. However when I launch a game the fans will stick at 100% and stay there until the system is fully powered down.
The card was running fine in Windows 8.1 a day before this. I've tried using OC Guru but the program reports the fan RPM at zero.
