« on: August 08, 2015, 02:19:09 am »
problems with the red dragon light on motherboard and blue backlight where the I/o shield is.
the problem is after I shut it down for the night, the next morning I go to turn the system on these things don't want to turn on for the first time but when I reset the pc they come on instantly.

any ideas on whats goin on?

As a guess it seems the Ambient light settings are taking direction from the App Centre "Ambient Light App" instead of the bios.
Have you tried setting it the way you want it via the settings in the BIOS (press f2 \ Delete) when booting.

I am probably wrong, give it a shot maybe.

The default in BIOS is that it is turned off, and you may need to change that parameter in BIOS first, along with the other Motherboard LED's.

The APP can then be used to turn on/off.
