G1 Sniper 3 boot

G1 Sniper 3 boot

Hi guys :D

Yesterday, I got myself a pair of gtx 960's and installed them into my rig. The pc wouldn't boot if i plug my display into the gpu directly, but it would if I connect it to the motherboard DP. I also went to reconfigure my power connectors as I don't need as many 6 pins now to connect my GPUs. However, after all that, the pc completely failed to boot, and there was no "beep" when the motherboard boots up. So I decided to just tear my rig apart and rebuild it, and also updated the bios. It does boot now, but there is still no beep sound when it boots up. Should I be concerned? hahaha

Thanks in advance for all your help :)

I would be worry about the beep as long as the computer is booting normal. But now if you do run into a problem then you want those beeps. I would check to make sure you have the speaker wires connected right.
