GigaByte Brix 2807 Problems loading Windows 7 64 bit

Hi, I am new to the forum and the 2807, it's all assembled, 4GB Ram and a 1TB SSD. Via an external DVD drive (samsung) when loading or attempting to load W7 64 bit it all start to boot load OK until the language, keyboard, time screen then it just hangs. The USB mouse led has gone off by this time and the keyboard appears to be unresponsive.

BIOS is set ok - W7

The 2807 does work OK with Linux Mint, but I would prefer a dual boot machine, hence with Linux Mint I know the USB appears to be OK.

The quickstart does mention something about KMDF Versdion 1.1 being required, but how can you load this without the  Windows OS?

The W7 DVD is a valid one for which I have the key from new.

Anyone had a similiar problem?

If si I would love to learn where I am going wrong.

Using the PSU supplied with the 2807 bought from Maplin's

I am having the exact same issue.  Ran Ubuntu fine.  Were you able to identify a solution?
