High pitched noise from CPU/motherboard region

Hi

I've a little issue. Everytime when I start and run my hackintosh, there's a high pitched noise coming from the CPU or motherboard region. This annoying high pitched noise only disappears when I turn off the computer or when I go to the sleep mode.

This high pitched noise is definitely not coil whine from the GPU because I've already tried to replace my current graphics card with another and there's still this high pitched noise. I'm actually 100% sure that it is coming out from the CPU and motherboard region.

This high pitched noise isn't loud. It is actually really quiet but still hearable and very annoying for me.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

This is my current setup:

GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD7 TH Motherboard
Intel Core i7-4790K Processor
Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 32GB
Palit GeForce GTX 750 2GB GDDR5 Passive Graphics Card
bequiet Dark Power Pro 11 850 Watt PSU
Noctua NH-U14S Processor Cooler
TP-Link TL-WDN4800 N900 Wireless PCIe Card

Hard drives:
2x Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD
1x Samsung 850 EVO 120GB SSD
1x Seagate Barracuda 2TB Desktop HDD
