I have this problem for the last two days and have unable to find a working fix. The laptop battery is stuck at 0% charge, it will only turn on and run if it is plugged into the charger. Tuesday night I was up playing games late and then my laptop suddenly died without a low battery notification. Since I was in a game I thought nothing of it and went to sleep. Now when I tried to use it Yesterday, the battery has been stuck at 0%.

My laptop is roughly only a year old. I've tried several methods to fix it including:
Turning the laptop off, taking battery out, holding power button for 30secs, starting the computer using charger and then when booted up connecting the battery.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft AC adapter and Microsoft ACPI - Compliant control method battery
Updating Bios

I've made a ticket for the support forum however I don't know how great Gigabyte is so I decided to post here as well. Any help would be appreciated.

PS: I'm from Australia
