AMD propaganda wants to make us believe frame rate control saves power? - NOPE no such thing at least here!
A FC4 screenshot below including my wattages (sys idle/loaded) and the current game frame rate displayed (top left)
MY FRTC is set to max 80FPS.

(in signature). Beware your next power bill especially in electricity high price countries like Australia or the EU.
