GA-P67A-UD3-B3 U1D (UEFI BIOS) sleep/wake problem

GA-P67A-UD3-B3 won't let wake PC after going into sleep (S3) after flashing UEFI BIOS (U1D).
Trying to wake PC starts (HDDs, fans and LEDs turn on), but there's no video (display doesn't turn on), keyboard doesn't work either. The only way to get to OS is to reset or power off/on.
These MB and BIOS are quite old, so maybe there is a know solution to this?
My config:
i5-2500, GA-P67A-UD3-B3, SSD (AHCI mode, no RAID), Win10, not OC'd.

Found out disabling "Fast Boot" helps.
Is there a way to fix this without sacrificing boot speed?
