Extremely long repair service

   My Gigabyte P34w v3 laptop was bought in early July, 3 months later the monitor came apart. I proceeded to contact MENDIT (gigabytes warranty repair service), who then picked up the broken laptop a few days later. It has now been over 7 weeks and still do not have my laptop, even though i was originally told it may take a maximum of 3 weeks as parts may have to be ordered from Taiwan.

Early last week i was told by gigabyte that mendit should have now received the parts to repair my laptop as i made a complaint due to it taking so long, I then asked mendit what the ETA would be now that they had the parts. They told me "Im not sure why they have advised you that the parts are here.  Gigabyte have requested  that we return the unit to them.  This will ship Monday.".

I would like to request a full refund as it is taking ridiculously long and the service has been appalling, not what you would expect to come with such an expensive laptop. How do I go about this?
