GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L BIOS Big Problem

Hi to All i have this montherboard and i have this problem i will post a image of it so if anyone know something how to solve the problem thats it more than a welcome pls.My pc stuck on post screen and not going further from post screen not listing memory i heard one beep when i switch it cpu fan working psu working hdd also i disconnected all drives usb cd/dvd rom drives,tryed dualbios recovery thats not helping i cant go to qflash or enter bios or use xpressrecovery non of that when i hit End for qflash its just writing that entering but hours and hours nothing is happening... all what i do i getting same image on my screen each time when i restart turn of turn on pc thats happening ...so i tryed almost everything if anyone know something diffrent that working or how to fix this pls write it

Its been sorted out to those who have or it will have this kind of problem in my case problem was ddr2 ram failure i replaced ram today and all have working nice&like a flow..i hope that this experience can help someone another...
