You really should only have to set the SSD device to AHCI and stay with the memory your CPU will support 2133. Now what OS are you going to run. If you want to run windows 7 just put the disk in your drive.
Go into bios set it to boot to the UEFI DVD drive. Now if you booting from a USB do the basically the same thing. Plug in the USB drive go into the bios & boot from the UEFI USB drive.
Now if you want to install windows 8 or 10 change it from other OS to windows 8 /10. Plus do the same thing with the drives you would do with windows 7.
