You can do the latest bios which is FK is you need to. My advice is if it running good don't update it but if you have to format a USB to fat32 and put the bios you want on it. when you start computer with USB drive in tap delete key until bios comes up. Pick Q
flash mine is the F8 key. and let it update. Do not turn off computer until instructed. You will have to reset all bios settings but I had never had a gigabyte bios flash wrong. You will be in bios when you hit the delete key there on right side it will tell you which key Q flash is.
