Horrible and disgusting tech support by Gigabyte USA
Gigabyte USA straight away refused to repair my graphic card GIGABYTE GV-N580UD-15I GeForce GTX
580 1536MB GDDR5 384bit PCI E 2.0 SLI Support Video Card. They never sent RMA , then when I called
they say they are very busy and they do not have time to take care. After pressing hard they say they do not have parts and it is useless to repair. But who is asking parts, and do they know the problem. Very disgusting experience with technical support of Gigabyte USA. Can not believe.
Looks like they hate the outside people and not interested in the work.
This happens inside the tech support department of such a great world class company.
