I did a quick search and found no answer so I decided to post. A quick history. . .I decided to upgrade my whole system. I was running an AMD FX6100 (OC to 3.6Ghz), 12GB mem, and a Sapphire Toxic R9 270X 2GB graphics card. I wanted better performance so I built my new machine with an MSI H97 motherboard, 16GB Mem, i7 4770K CPU (OC to 3.9Ghz), and the Windforce edition of the Gigabyte GTX 970 and my monitor is upgraded to 4K (not a TV a true monitor). When I run 3D applications or games the system is amazing, but scrolling web pages or watching streaming video seems to occasionally cause a horizontal flicker or scissoring. I never had this issue before with my old system, which ran on a 39 inch 1080p TV. I would have thought this would not be an issue with so much better gear. Why would this be and what can I do? We use this PC a lot for watching streaming TV and movies from my ISP/cable provider. . .? Thanks for your time. . .
