Hello,
I am brand new to the Gigabyte world, coming over from Asus. I just built a system with the GA-Z170X Gaming 7, Intel 6600K, Samsung 950 Pro and Windows 10 Pro. Everything works great, except for Hibernate. The system will enter Hibernate just fine, but when I go to resume, it seems like the Hibernate file is dumped and Windows boots fresh. I see errors in the Event Log that there was an issue with restoring from Hibernation. The errors I get are:
Windows failed to resume from hibernate with error status 0xC000009A.
Then I see the following in System Event Log:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
If I switch over to Hybrid Sleep or just regular sleep, everything works just fine (Hybrid Sleep is not an option because I run Hyper-V).
I've updated to the latest BIOS, Updated all my Drivers, even done several fresh installs, but I cannot get Hibernate to work.
Anything obvious that I may be missing?
