Dear Sirs,

We have legally bought a VGA ATI GB R9 280X 3GB GR5384  through a retailer of your representative in Greece “InfoQuest”  on the 25th  July (07) 2014 at the amount of 277,82 (vat included).
We managed to piece together a pc on last December using the specific vga card.  Since then various problems arose as soon as we started the pc on.  Finally stopped working at all on April 2016 (after only 3.5 months of running).
Three technicians we cooperate with from three diffent companies have tested all parts of the pc and their final answer was that there is a problem with the vga card.  It might seem its working but not in full mode and none of the technicians is feeling sure that it will keep working after 3 months, or 6 or just a single day.  As they stated, it might well “die” in just one night.
Not only that but there is a mark on it clearly dinstinguised with naked eye.

The retailer eagerly received it on 28th April 2016 and sent it to InfoQuest right away.
InfoQuest after a long period returned it back to the retailer on the 18th of May with the diagnosis attached, which gives us no clear answer on what is going wrong.  Not only refuses to replace it but considers the vga card out of quarrantee, though the quarrantee still runs.
We have asked by email to give us the report of their technicians which we suppose they keep as ISO 9001:2008 and the newest of 2015 demands.  We stated that our pc is out of order and we can’t work in our office.
We have faced a complete act of snubbing with none except the call centre answering us.  Mrs Chortaria from the Clients’ Service told us that Mr Totsikas the technician should call us within the day, but still today we have no call. We called again on 25th of May and Ms Sigala told us to wait a call until the end of the week (Friday 27th of May) but none ever did.

We express our dissapointment on this behavior and we make sure that the whole matter will take publicity and TÜV Nord (both the Greek branch and the Headquarters in Essen) will be noticed as well, since you publish an expired certification of 2014 (http://www.infoquest.gr/sites/default/files/pdf/ISO_GR.pdf).

Awaiting your promt answer and a solution to the matter, since we believe that your ethics code will not allow to surpass the guarantee period and that you satisfy your trusted customers with a vga card that works properly,
