I realize owning the Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P motherboard on the Driver Disc that comes with the mobo it tells you to use the Xpress Install to install all the system drivers. Is this the way everyone do it? Is this the proper way and will doing it this way yield the best performance? If not what would be the proper way to install everything? And one other question. When only using 1 HD would I benefit from install the RAID controller driver even though I'm using any RAID configuration yet. I understand it takes 2 HDs to configure a RAID setup. It seems like everyone is saying you will still see a slight boost by doing this. Is that correct. Thank you in advance for any help with this issue.
