GIGABYTE 3TB+ Unlock Utility - Make 2 1.5TB Drives

I installed the GIGABYTE 3TB+ Unlock Utility on my XP machine.  Works great.  Partioned my drive - but I could only make a large 2 TB Drive and a smaller not-quite 1 TB drive.  Can I make two drives of equal size?

Also - How will this drive be seen by other systems.  My question centers on the data integrity. if I experience a computer issue - will I be able to get the data back on a system without this utility (on a different OS or newer Windows OS)?
