Greetings,

That CPU is not supported.

Socket 775 - Intel 945P - GA-945P-S3 (rev. 3.3)

N/A = Not supported

Intel Core™ 2 Quad Q8300 2.50GHz 4MB  1333 N/A

I mean Intel Core™ 2 Duo E8300

Motherboard support this cpu, however my motherboard( which is rev3.3) works on bios F7c dedicated for rev1.0.
Problem is that i cant change bios. Its like motherboard is rev1.0 cuz i can update bios to older version on this revision.
On the motherboard is rev3.3

No, you were correct..  I was looking at the wrong CPU initially.  My bad  :o

Strange.

When you go to gigabyte.us only rev 1.0 displays

http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2324&kw=GA-945P-S3#ov

But if you go to gigabyte.com, you get 1.0, 2.0, 3.3

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2475&dl=#ov

For Core™ 2 Duo E8300 2.83GHz 6MB  1333 FFd (by Overclocking)

F7c is for rev 1.0 of this board.  Not 3.3.

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2475&dl=#bios

I'm not disputing support, but you need FFd or FFf for support with OC according to the site

Flashing and going back - It is sometimes possible to flash newer boards to older BIOS revs using efiflash and a USB stick formatted FAT32.  Your board is almost 8 yrs old.  Don't know if it will work.  Also, it's possible to brick a board if you flash a BIOS file that is a different size than the one on the chip now.  In some cases this is not an issue, but if the offset of the BIOS file is different that what the chip is expecting it won't boot, even if the flash is successful.  Similar to a HDD, SSD..  logical block addressing or 1024mb offset.  I'm sure you get the idea. I would only try and flash BIOS versions that are specific to the rev of your board, otherwise you run the risk of brick.

So i tried every bios from rev3.3 and rev2.0 neither of them work.
Always i got the same error "bios id check error"
However i could downgrade bios (rev1.0) to older version like F6 F5 etc.
I tried to use Ultimate BIOS Boot Edition but i ended up with the same error as above
