No bootable device is detected

i cant find bootable device is detected
AMD a4-4000 apu

my hard disk cant detect to any sata in my pc but in the others can boot normally and direct to start of windows
what should i do???

Your connected devices
Hardware you are installing to
What OS you are trying to install and from what media.  DVD USB?
