GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 F20d Bios Efiflash

Hi all.

I've always successfully used EFIFLASH to update bios but I can't with the most recent bios F20d. If I replace the bios with an older one on the usb stick then it works, so I know my usb drive is working, it just doesn't work with F20d. I can do it with the qflash utilty but I want to know why it doesn't work with EFIFLASH, my preferred option. I get a message" unable to successfully read file." Anyone else had this problem?

If it works with Qflash, I doubt there is anything wrong with the file itself.

Best guess..  Maybe the F20d BIOS was compiled differently?
