Monitor goes to sleep during start up

Monitor goes to sleep during start up

My PC has an nvidia quadro 600 graphics card, each time install the driver, and restarts the system, the monitor just sleeps, until I use safe mode to uninstall the driver, then start up will be successful, pls can any one assist?
