долго висит заставка материнской платы Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3 при загрузке

В начале опишу конфигурацию:
мат. плата Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3 (s1151, Intel Z170)- BIOS AMI EFI F6 с завода,
процессор Intel Core i5-6500 3.2(3.6)GHz 6MB s1151 Box,
озу KINGSTON HyperX Fury DDR4 2133MHz 16GB Kit 2x8GB XMP (HX421C14FB2K2/16),
видеокарта Gainward GeForce GTX 960 Phantom 2048MB, 
блок питания CHIEFTEC CFT-650 14CS, SSD Kingston SH103S3 120Gb (с установленной системой Windows 7 (64) ultimate),
2шт. HDD Samsung SP2504C и ST3640323AS,
оптический привод ASUS DRV-24B5ST,
тюнер AVerMedia Technologies AVerTV Studio 307.
3шт. - кулера.
 Теперь переду к описанию самой проблемы. Ситуация такая после включения компьютера Bios подаёт короткий сигнал "бип", что подтверждает нормальный старт, появляется заставка "ultra durable" (заставка материнской платы) с низу написаны команды: F12, загрузка  Bios и др.,  висит заставка - от 1 минуты до 1,5мин.(при этом в BIOS зайти нельзя и выполнить др. команды), после истечения времени и моргания диода работоспособности HDD можно зайти в BIOS, или продолжить загрузку OC... Сама операционная система Windows7 работает идеально, все программы, приложения и игры. Тестировал и проверял компоненты системы - жесткие диски, память озу и др. ошибок НЕТ, интегрированное видео (ядро) отключено в bios. (BIOS AMI EFI F6 с завода, пере прошивать не хочу, так как материнская плата на гарантии). Саму причину такого поведения материнской платы я выявил, Bios при долгом опросе оборудования подвесает из-за оптического привода ASUS DRV-24B5ST. Пришлось его отключить в Bios. Что Вы, как компетентное лицо можете посоветовать, где искать, что смотреть? Может что в настройках Bios изменить? Или перенаправите меня на какой нибудь ресурс, где обсуждалась именно эта проблема. Может мне не стоит обращать на это внимание? Но мне кажется, что этого зависания не должно быть (так, как привод работает исправно(состояние отличное), шлейф нормальный (производил замену, менял разъём подключения). Заранее благодарен за расширенный ответ. С уважением Евгений.

 Now the forehand to the description of the problem. The situation is after the Bios computer submits a short "beep" sound, confirming the normal start, there is a screen saver "ultra durable" (motherboard saver) to the bottom of written commands: F12, loading Bios, etc., hanging screen saver - from 1 minute to 1. , 5 min. (at this in the BIOS can not go and perform OE team), after the expiration of the time and efficiency of the diode blinking HDD can be accessed in the BIOS, or continue downloading OC ... Windows7 operating system itself works perfectly, all the programs, applications and games . Tested and tested system components - hard drives, memory, RAM, etc. No errors, integrated video (core) disabled in the bios.. (BIOS AMI EFI F6 from the factory, re do not want to flash as a motherboard under warranty). The very reason for such behavior of the motherboard, I found, at long Bios survey equipment podvesaet due to the optical drive ASUS DRV-24B5ST. I had to turn it off in the Bios. Hi Eugene,
This sounds like a problem with the OS, but could be hardware as well.  So basically your complaint is with boot time...  the system POSTs, and you see the Ultra Durable splash screen, but then there is a 1-5 min pause before your desktops loads???

If you did not perform a fresh install of windows on this system start there.  You can't expect a migrated install from one MB to another to be happy in the majority of cases.  If however this was a fresh install, then can you tell us if your installed windows using "UEFI Prefixed" install media,  is the controller operate mode AHCI, and anything else you believe is important or helpful.

I would next reset the BIOS to defaults, and change only what is absolutely necessary for the system to start/run correctly.  Removing additional drives during this process may be helpful while troubleshooting.

Let us know what additional troubleshooting steps you have tried and their results.

Windows 7 установлен в чистую, на отформатированный SSD накопитель Kingston SH103S3 120Gb. Устанавливал с оптического диска (DVD) Windows 7 (64bit) Ultimate, как раз с помощью того самого привода - ASUS DRV-24B5ST, при этом был подключен  только единственный SSD Kingston SH103S3 120Gb к материнской плате Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3.
 Всё происходит перед загрузкой ОС Windows7 и причин думать на её проблемы НЕТ. Работает OC идеально, на сколько я знаю драйвера устройств тоже загружаются вместе с OC Windows7. Настройки Bios сбрасывал по умалчиванию, SSD носитель  установлено значение AHCI. При возникшей проблеме я производил действия так, как Вы и описываете: сбросил Bios по умалчиванию, отключил все USB, HDD, привод ASUS DRV-24B5ST, видеокарту Gainward GeForce GTX 960 Phantom 2048MB, тюнер AVerMedia Technologies AVerTV 307. Включал по одному устройству и проверял загрузку, вплоть до работы в самой ОС Windows7. Таким путём и нашел причину зависания окна материнской платы "Ultra Durable", всему виной оказался - оптический привод, ASUS DRV-24B5ST ! Теперь хочу понять и устранить причину совместной работы привода ASUS DRV-24B5ST и материнской платы Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3. Думаю, что мог недосмотреть настройки в Bios ! Вот и прошу помощи, может кто подскажет решение ....
