GA-990FXA UD3 R5 With FX 9590 CPU?

I have bought these two things, and I'm gonna get a noctua nh d15 air cooler as my cooling solution. I'm thinking, I know that the vrm's are gonna get hot, so how would I go about dealing with that? The case I am using is the corsair carbide air 740 case and will have a 140mm af140l fan blowing onto the motherboard. Is that enough to cool the vrm's or will I need even more firepower?

And no, I am not here to be told to do the following:
1. Be told to change cpu/motherboard because they both get too hot.
2. Be told that the nh d15 isn't good enough and that I should change to water cooling (I asked AMD, Noctua and other forums and they said it was fine)

we I have the 990fxa-ud3 rev 4 with 9590 but i have not air cooled it

now looking at the noctua nh d15 air cooler reviews the fan could cool the vrm's by blowing air into it and the northbridge should have enough keep it in check, both will get hot.

now IF you go and watercool it forget AIO and get EK-KIT P360 Performance Watercooling Kit and at to it y or t fitting with crane for draining your water loop.

I had a fractal design kelvin s24 in tt overseer rx-i and i had to at a reservoir so it would not lose water due to heat.

also IF you go to aio or Watercooling Kit with a reservoir you will need to custom make a bracket for fan or fans for vrm northbridge cooling

I have 2 60mm server fans cooling vrm and one old k6 fan over the northbridge
