We have been setting up a few new PCs recently and when using the AppCentre with FaceWizard, FaceWizard stops responding when updating the image.
The BIOS update works fine, but the FaceWizard stops responding on every machine.
We are using the most up to date version of the AppCentre as well as FaceWizard and it is on more than one machine (each machine is different). We have used this method before for over a year with no issues but since about September we have been having trouble.
Any suggestions?
- We have already tried different hardware components, different versions of facewizard and appcentre, and different versions of windows. We also attempted to do it from within the BIOS but the QFlash option does not allow the changing of the splash image.
