cant boot into BIOS/UEFI

so trying to fix a problem so I try to boot into the BIOS but it doesnt do it so I try again and again and i figured out that the keyboard doesnt switch on until the lockscreen comes on

my motherboard is the: GA-F2A88XM-D3HP
